❓How do I get to the circuit? 如何到達賽道

We highly recommend coming by car—most tracks are outside city centers. If you’re flying into Tokyo or Nagoya, we can assist you with a rental car, including cool JDMs. You must hold a valid international driver’s license.

Prefer public transport? No problem—contact us and we’ll guide you through the best route.

我們強烈建議您自駕前往，大多數賽道都位於市中心以外。如果您從東京或名古屋過來，我們可協助安排租車，甚至有 JDM 車款可選。您需持有有效的國際駕照。

❓Can I come if I’ve never drifted before? 完全不會可以嗎?

Absolutely. We welcome all skill levels. Let us know where you stand using the levels below while contacting us:

  • Level 0 – Never driven manual / no drift experience
  • Level 1A – Done wet donuts or skid pad only
  • Level 1B – Can do dry donuts and figure-8s (both directions)
  • Beginner – Confident with donuts, figure-8s, handbrake entries
  • Intermediate – Can link and transition corners on track
  • Advanced – Confident with advanced entries, Confident with transitions

當然可以！我們歡迎所有程度的學員。請聯絡我們時告訴我們您目前的技術程度：

  • Level 0 – 沒開過MT / 沒漂移過
  • Level 1A – 做過濕地Donut或 skid pad 練習

❓Are there any age restrictions for hiring a drift car? 有年齡限制嗎？

All ages are welcome! But we recommend having manual experience—otherwise, much of your time may be spent learning to shift.
If you’re under 18, a parent must be present and sign a waiver.


歡迎任何年齡層參加！我們建議具備手排駕駛經驗，否則您可能需花較多時間學ＭＴ。
未滿 18 歲者需家長陪同，並簽署同意書。

❓Height requirement? 高度要求？

If you are under 160cm or over 180cm tall, let us know so we can adjust the seat setup before your rental.

若您身高低於 160cm 或超過 180cm，請提前告知，我們會事先調整座椅。

❓What should I wear? 衣物要求？

Tracks generally require long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes, we recommend thinner shoes like Converse or Vans that will provide a better driving feedback.
Ebisu Circuit does not enforce the long-sleeve rule—but it’s still recommended for safety.

大多數賽道要求穿著長袖、長褲與包腳鞋、我們建議Converse或Vans相似等薄底鞋以加強駕駛腳感  。Ebisu 不強制長袖，但我們仍建議您穿著以策安全。

❓Do you provide helmets and gloves? 有頭盔手套租嗎？

Yes, rental helmets are available on request. You can also bring your own.
Gloves are not provided — Please bring your own, they are mandatory other than Ebisu Circuit.

我們可提供租借用頭盔（請事先告知），也歡迎自備。
手套需自備，除了Ebisu 不強制手套，其他賽道都要求手套。

❓What tracks can I drive on? 我們可以去什麼賽道？

❓How far in advance should I book? 我該提前多少預約？

For custom 3+ day trips, please book in advance to secure track availability.
For 1-day trips, we operate regularly—check the [How to Book] page.
Last-minute? Contact us and we’ll do our best to help!

❓What happens if I damage the car?

Any damage to vehicles or property will be charged at market value + labor, charged from your deposit. Vehicle Damage Responsibility: Any damage beyond the deposit amount is the renter’s responsibility. We will handle every case fairly and transparently.

如有損壞，我們將依市價及人工費用計算，將在扣除押金後收費。超出押金範圍的損壞費用由租客承擔。我們會公平透明地處理每宗個案。

❓What if I cancel my booking?取消政策

  • Cancel 31+ days before = full refund, minus ¥50,000 admin fee.
  • Within 31 days = 50% forfeit of payment.
  • Special Cases = ¥20,000 admin/bank charges.
  • Schools and tours: payment non-refundable.
  • 租用日前 31 天以上取消：全額退款，扣除 ¥50,000 行政費
  • 少於 31 天：50%扣款
  • 因個人或醫療狀況： ¥20,000 行政與銀行費
  • 教學與團體活動：不設退款

❓Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes! You can reschedule once for free (subject to availability).
Second change onward = ¥10,000 change fee.

可以更改日期！首次免費更改（視乎空檔），第二次起每次需收 ¥10,000 更改費。

❓How Do I Pay? 如何付款?

Rental Fees:

If you'd like to pay in cash on the day, a booking deposit must be paid in advance to secure your spot.
We strongly recommend paying the remaining balance in cash on the day for ease and quicker check-in.

We also accept credit cards and PayPal, subject to a 5% processing fee.

Damage Deposits:

Damage deposits can also be paid in cash on the day before starting your rental. This makes refunds faster if there are no damages.
You may also pay your damage deposit via credit card or PayPal (+5% fee).

If you prefer to pay the full amount online, we’ll send you an invoice after confirming your booking details.

租金

如您選擇於活動當日以現金付款，請先支付預約押金以確認預約。
我們建議當日以現金支付餘額，流程更簡便、辦理更快速。

我們亦接受信用卡或 PayPal付款，需加收5% 手續費。如您想提前全額付款，我們會在確認租賃細節後發送付款連結或發票。

車輛損壞押金

車輛損壞押金也可於當日以現金支付，如無損壞可更快退款。
如需以信用卡或 PayPal支付，亦可（同樣需加收 5% 手續費）。

如欲提前全額付款，亦接受信用卡或 PayPal付款，但需加收5% 手續費。我們將於確認租賃細節後發送付款連結或發票。

❓When Do I Get My Damage Deposit Back? / 什麼時候可以退回車輛損壞押金？

We process refundable deposits within 14 days after your booking concludes, provided there’s no damage.
If any damage occurs, we will assess the situation within 21 business days, and the remaining balance of your deposit will be returned within 21 business days after that assessment is complete.

如無損壞，我們會在行程完結後 14 日內處理押金退款。
如有損壞，我們將於 21 個工作日內完成評估，並在評估完成後的 21 個工作日內退回剩餘押金。

❓Do you offer photo/video services?
Yes! We can arrange GoPro footage for free, to have drone shots or a track photographer capture your experience—ask us when booking.
